The Repline Information Text has been prepared by Repline
Foreign Trade Ltd. Co. (hereinafter referred to as “Repline”), which acts as
the data controller, to inform individuals about the data processing activities
carried out through the website https://www.repline.com.tr/.
Repline prioritizes the processing of personal data in
accordance with the Turkish Constitution, international agreements, the
Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”), and
other relevant legislation, ensuring that individuals can effectively exercise
their rights.

identifiable natural person.

Subject: The natural person whose personal data
is processed.

Controller: The real or legal person who determines
the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for

PROCESSING ACTIVITIES
When you fill out the Human Resources Form on the site and
click the submit button after uploading your resume, your application is
automatically sent to our company’s email accounts. This is based on the legal
ground specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Clause (c) of the KVKK, which
states that the processing of personal data is necessary for the establishment
or performance of a contract.
When you fill out the Contact Form on the site and click
the submit button, your message is automatically sent to our company’s email
accounts. This is based on the legal ground specified in Article 5, Paragraph
2, Clause (f) of the KVKK, which states that processing is necessary for the
legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the
fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
To prevent spam on our site, cookies named _grecaptcha are
used. In this process, we process personal data based on the legal ground
specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Clause (f) of the KVKK for the purpose of
ensuring site security.
- RIGHTS
OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Data subjects can exercise their rights listed in Article
11 of the KVKK by sending a message to info@repline.com.tr at any time.
- OTHER
MATTERS
The Information Text is published in two different formats:
printed (wet signed) and electronic, and it is made public on the website.
In case of any inconsistency between the provisions of the
KVKK and the relevant legislation and this Information Text, the provisions of
the KVKK and the relevant legislation shall prevail.
The Information Text is announced to the data subjects by
being published on the REPLINE corporate website.
If there is an update to the Information Text, the new
Information Text document will come into effect by being announced and
published in the same manner.
